Payments

Payments can be made by Money transfers - Bank transfers - Post Giro transfers - Pay-Pal and Credit/Debit Cards.

We accept Euro’s and Pounds.

the Price lists are subject to change at any time.!
There will be an Administration Fee applied to all online Orders.!
This is to cover the cost of opening and repacking orders with
extra protection for shipment, wrapping and paperwork, this applies
to any orders we ship, or if you arrange for collection by your chosen delivery firm.
This charge does not apply to any order collected from our shop or
from any shows or exhibitions

We are open on weekdays between 9am and 4pm GMT, to accept Credit Card Details over the Phone.

Shipping

How will my order be shipped?

We ship using Interlink Express Parcels LTD (DPD). Dean’s Marine makes every effort to ship all orders within 2-3 days after payment. Please allow 14 days for delivery, Monday through Friday (except holidays).

What are your shipping rates?

All shipping rates are based on the weight/volume of your items and the location of your shipping address. Exact prices are not known until you enter your Country in the shipping option box. The shipping options and cost box will open once you have added an item to your shopping cart.

How can I track my package?

If you have an account with us and used that account to purchase your order, you may log in and your order history will appear including when Shipped.
