Description:

Laid down as H.M.S. Bittern on 9 March 1934 by John Brown of Clydebank, this ship, the first of her class, was one of a series of general purpose vessels that could be employed as escorts in time of war. She was intended for use as an Admiralty yacht, and renamed Enchantress (taking the name of the previous vessel in this role) before launching on 21 October 1934. She completed on 4 April 1935 and commissioned four days later. KIT DETAILS Scale 1/96 L 904mm B 115mm The fibreglass hull in this kit is with full rubbing strip and port detail. 
Computer generated LASER CUT HIPS plastic forms the main deck and basic superstucture along with the 1mm plastic S/STRUCTURE To complete the construction of the model all complex parts are vacformed in 1mm plastic for boatS, motor mounting and nicads tray etc.
A complete set of fittings are included in the kit with all detail parts such as weapons, deck fittings, etc, cast in light alloy.
Larger item such as lockers, floats, and gun bases are moulded in plastic castings for light weight.
Ladders and stanchions are also in etched brass to give a final showcase finish.
Propshafts in stainless steel are cased in brass proptubes with fitted oilers and replaceable bearings along with rudders and tiller arms.
These, together with a comprehensive instruction book and a FULL SIZE PLAN assist in the assembly of this impressive model.
A colour chart, plus a set of decals,;are included in the kit to add the finishing touch to this kit model as a worthy and much requested addition to our warship range.

Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the date & receipt of delivery provided that the goods are returned in original packaging and in saleable condition with return cost paid by the sender.

At our discression, a checking and re-stocking charge of 10% will be deducted for unpacking and checking returned kits.

A full refund will be given less any cost of delivery and re-stocking charge.

However, if you are making an exchange, we will send the new order out to you with no additional shipping charge.

Do not hesitate to ask questions before purchasing.

Claims must be made within 7 days of package arrival. Please inspect your merchandise carefully upon delivery.

All returned merchandise must follow these 3 steps:

1.      Send us a quick email. Include your name, order date, item you would like to return and why you are dissatisfied.

2.      Pack the merchandise securely and in the original box.
